Cancellation and Refund Conditions
All transactions made via credit card on Ravla.com are secured with an SSL certificate at every stage.
- “www.ravla.com” acts within the framework of the law on Consumer Protection.
- The following items must be COMPLETE when returning a product. If any of these items are missing, the product return cannot be accepted.
- In general, if the purchased products are damaged, used, the resalability of the product is impaired, the product and its packaging are opened or broken, the shipping label is pasted on the original box and the product is taped with shipping tape, in short, if the product is not returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the price will not be refunded.
- Within seven (14) days from the date of receipt, you must send an e-mail to önceinfo@ravla.com, including the product invoice number and your order number, in the form received. This e-mail must state the reason for the return.
- Your return will first be reviewed by a ravla.com customer representative to determine whether it complies with the conditions stated above.
- Returns of products that meet the return procedure will be approved, and the product fee will be deposited into your account within five business days. This five-business-day period begins when ravla.com receives your returned product.
- If the product you wish to return has a corporate invoice, it must be accompanied by the return invoice issued by the corporate. The return invoice must be issued excluding shipping (product unit price + VAT). Returns of orders with invoices issued to corporate customers will not be processed unless a return invoice is issued. The invoice must be included in the package you send with the product you wish to return.
- You can send the products you purchased free of charge using our partner courier company. Returns sent with companies other than our partner courier company are the responsibility of the customer.
